As the Berlin TV Tower reopens its doors, ensuring the well-being of visitors and staff remains a top priority. Strict safety measures have been implemented for all guests and employees.

Visitor Protocols:

• Hygiene stations are provided throughout the premises.
• Face masks are mandatory for all visitors.
• Rigorous cleaning and disinfection protocols are in place.
• Protective screens are installed at ticket counters and reception areas.
• Social distancing markers are placed on the floors.
• Time slot tickets are issued to prevent overcrowding.
• Entry is permitted only at the designated time slot on the ticket.
• Elevator capacity is limited.
• Observation deck and restaurant have restricted visitor capacities.
• Time limits are enforced (45 minutes for the observation deck, 1.5 hours for the restaurant).
• Guests must choose either the observation deck or the restaurant based on their ticket.

Required Documents at Entry:

• Negative COVID-19 test taken within 24 hours.
• Evidence of full vaccination completed at least 14 days prior.
• Proof of recovery from COVID-19 within the last 6 months.
• Valid student ID for Berlin students.

Visitors must adhere to hygiene and social distancing guidelines while inside the tower. Masks covering the mouth and nose are mandatory for entry.

• Contact details of all visitors are recorded for contact-tracing purposes.
• The "Luca" app is used for contact tracing.
• Temperature checks may be conducted upon entry.

Individuals with acute respiratory illnesses or who are at high risk are advised not to visit at this time.

• Your reservation time is for the restaurant; please proceed there first before enjoying the observation deck.
• Arrive 15 minutes early as the table reservation is held for only 15 minutes.
• Menus are subject to change.
• Guide dogs are welcome for vision-impaired visitors.
• Expect queues at security and the elevator due to the tower's popularity.
• Children under 4 enter for free.

Operating Hours & Booking

This experience is available Monday to Thursday with booking slots from 11 AM to 3 PM at 30-minute intervals.

Observation deck visits are 30 minutes, while the restaurant experience lasts 1.5 hours.

Dress Code

Smart casual attire is recommended for the visit.

Accessibility Note

Due to architectural limitations and safety precautions, entry is not accessible for wheelchair users or individuals with mobility issues requiring assistance.
