• For safety reasons, please note that the horse trekking experience is limited to guests over 7 years old, under 1.2m (3.94ft) in height, and below 100kg (220.46lb) in weight.

• The Spirit of Queenstown is designed to be accessible, allowing easy boarding for those with strollers or mobility aids. However, the heritage design of TSS Earnslaw may pose challenges for individuals with limited mobility or strollers.
• Participants in the Farm Tour should be aware that it involves walking on gravel paths, which may be difficult for wheelchair users. Individuals with mobility issues should assess their comfort level before joining the tour.
• The BBQ dining restaurant is mostly accessible, except for a short gravel path from the wharf that may require assistance for wheelchair users.
• The horse trekking tour caters to riders of all levels, including beginners.

• Please note that the cruise is subject to weather conditions. In case of cancellation due to inclement weather, you will have the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
• Kindly be informed that the TSS Earnslaw will be undergoing annual maintenance from May 19 to September 9, 2025.
