Begin by downloading the Rail Planner app's latest version to activate your pass. Access the 'My Pass' section on the app, click on 'Add your Pass,' and input your surname and Pass number (located in the confirmation email).
To plan a journey, create a new trip and assign it a name.
Activate your pass by providing your passport or ID number and selecting your initial travel date, marking the commencement of pass utilization.
If unsure about travel dates, activation is feasible until the day you commence your travels.
Explore routes and timetables, adding them to "My Trip." Display this information to ticket inspectors on your day of travel.
Your pass remains valid for up to 11 months from the date of purchase.
Keep in mind that the Flex pass grants you access for a month. With a 3-day pass, you can utilize it on any 3 days within a month.
EU residents are eligible for the Interrail Pass, while non-EU citizens must opt for the Eurail Pass.
Residents of Germany cannot obtain a German Rail Pass. Remember, Interrail One Country Passes are valid only for trains within the designated country and cannot be used for domestic travel.
For trains requiring reservations, it is essential to make a seat reservation at an additional cost alongside your rail pass.
Children under 4 can travel free of charge on trains where individual seat/bed reservations are not mandatory.

Prior to Activation: Activate your ticket through the Eurail Rail Planner App within 11 months of purchase and before your first journey.
Post Activation: Utilize your travel days freely during the validity period starting from the first date indicated on your pass.
