Individuals under 105 cm in height cannot participate, and the ride capacity is limited to 16 people per session.

Participants must meet height requirements: Adults under 141 cm and children below 100 cm or over 140 cm are not allowed. Additionally, guests over 120 kg in weight are restricted from joining.

Children taller than 120 cm will be charged the adult ticket price. Please note that shuttle service from KL GMBB to Gamuda Cove will be temporarily suspended from March 11, 2024, until further notice.
Weekday visitors (excluding Malaysian public holidays and school breaks) will receive RM 5 food and retail vouchers for same-day use within the park until December 31, 2024.
