Leave behind drones, food and drinks, alcohol, cigarettes, tripods, large bags, and sharp objects as they are not allowed inside.
Please note that access to the Elysium zone is not included in the standard ticket (optional upgrade available on-site for an extra fee).
Individuals with heart conditions or serious medical concerns are not permitted to enter.
Entry is restricted for those with open wounds, rashes, contagious conditions, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Children under 14 years old are only allowed access to the Galaxy area.
When booking, ensure you choose your pickup point. Pickup is exclusively available from two central fixed locations in Bucharest (Bulevard Nicolae Balcescu no. 4 and Piața Romană 8).
Your entry pass grants you 4.5 hours of enjoyment at Therme Bucharest.
Arrive promptly at your chosen pickup spot. The driver will be equipped with your reservation details and will provide your entry pass.
If needed, spa towels and flip-flops are available for rent at an additional cost.
