Respect the natural surroundings at Teide Cable Car, located in a protected national park. Avoid littering and refrain from removing rocks, plants, or animals. Campfires, loud noises, and camping are strictly prohibited
Individuals with heart conditions, expectant mothers, and children under 5 should not use the cable car due to health risks at high altitudes. Consult a medical professional before planning your visit or purchasing tickets
For safety reasons, individuals with physical disabilities or motor impairments are not permitted to use the cable car to ensure smooth evacuation procedures if needed
In case of cable car malfunctions, passengers at the upper station may need to descend on foot along steep mountain trails
