This experience is exclusive to guests aged 14 years and above.
Kindly note that the outdoor thermal pool will be closed from September 22 to 28, 2025, and the outdoor adventure pool will be unavailable from September 29 to October 5, 2025 for autumn maintenance.
For everyone's safety, the pools and adjacent areas should be cleared 20 minutes before closing time.
The last entry is allowed up to one hour before closing time.
If you opt for the fast-track entry ticket, ensure you enter the spa before 11 am or after 3 pm for immediate access.
Remember, your ticket grants single-entry access and cannot be used for re-entry.
Your e-ticket will be sent to your email immediately upon booking.
