Exploring Sydney Zoo

• This attraction is fully accessible for wheelchairs and prams/strollers. Prams can be rented for $15 with a $20 refundable deposit, while wheelchairs are available for free with a $50 refundable deposit.

Scenic World Accessibility

• The Cableway, Skyway, and a portion of the rainforest boardwalk (approximately 10 minutes) are wheelchair-friendly. However, please note that the Railway is not accessible for wheelchairs.

• For visitors with infants or small children, there are restrictions on the Railway, Skyway, and Cableway as no baby seats are provided. Strollers are permitted on the Cableway and Skyway but not on the Railway for safety reasons. Stroller access on longer routes of the Scenic Walkway is limited due to steep gradients and stairs.

• Guide dogs are welcomed at the venue. Please carry proof of training and ensure your dog is on a leash and harness at all times.

• Facilities available include parking for your convenience.

• Visitors can re-enter the venue on the same day. Obtain a re-entry pass-out from the zoo entrance or shop before exiting.
