For safety reasons, individuals with severe back or neck problems are advised against using the Scenic Railway.
Wheelchair users can access the Scenic Skyway and Cableway.
Due to steep terrain and stairs, prams/strollers and mobility aids are not suitable for the Scenic Railway.
Guide dogs are permitted on-site but must be leashed at all times and not carried.
Ramps are in place at the venue to facilitate easy access.
Your tour group will collectively decide between Sydney Zoo and Featherdale on the day of the experience. If you have a preference, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
