Landmark: Look for the Basilica Ticket Office in front of you. It's situated on the square, 50 meters to the right of the steps of Saint Stephen's Basilica, close to the Starbucks coffee shop.
Guide Identification: Your tour guide will be holding a sign that says "GUIDED TOUR". If there's a queue at the ticket office, the guide will stand a few meters away from the crowd near Starbucks for better visibility.
