• From March to October, access to wall walks and towers may be restricted between 6pm and 9pm for safety. Timing may vary based on daylight.
• From November to February, the wall walks and towers close by 5:30pm.
• The castle is closed on Jan 1, May 1, Dec 24, and Dec 25.
• To enjoy the audio tour, you need an Android (version 5.0 or later) or iOS (version 15.0 or later) smartphone. Note that it's not compatible with certain devices like Windows Phones, older iPhones/iPads, and iPod Touch models.
• Ensure you have 100-150 MB of storage space on your phone for the tour.
• Prior to your visit, download your ticket(s) and the audio tour using Wi-Fi, as mobile signal can be weak at the site.
