Know Before You Go

• Get there fifteen minutes early to give yourself time to get dressed and check in.
• Even with the coats that are given, dress adequately because the temperature inside is -5°C.
• Despite being permitted, phone cameras should be shielded from the cold to prevent moisture damage.
• Personal possessions may be stored in lockers (an extra fee may apply).
• It is totally forbidden to consume food, beverages, or smoke within the snow room.
• Before going, people with heart problems or asthma should speak with a doctor.
