• Arrive at the ticket office 15 minutes prior to your departure to complete check-in. Late arrival may result in booking forfeiture with no refund or transfer.
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult during the entire tour.
• Standard gondolas accommodate up to 6 individuals or 480kg (1058 lbs) first come, first served basis.
• Timings may vary based on operational factors.
• Enjoy unlimited time at the rainforest mid-stations for a serene experience.
• No smoking or food/drink consumption is allowed in gondolas. Refreshments are permitted at terminals and stations.
• Day packs and fold-up strollers allowed; no luggage on cableway or bus transfers. Lockers available at Smithfield (Cairns) Terminal.
• Smithfield (Cairns) terminal is 15 minutes from Cairns and 50 minutes from Port Douglas.
• One-way journey lasts around 1.5 hours with stops at Red Peak and Barron Falls.
• Round-trip experience requires 2.5 hours.
• First departure at 8:30 AM; last departure at 1:00 PM.
