Facilities on-site include sun loungers, tubes, life jackets, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
For added convenience, lockers, sunbeds, and towels are available for rent at an additional cost.
When it comes to sun protection, opt for reef-safe sun cream as regular sunscreens may not be permitted in certain pool areas.
While most rides operate continuously, please note that temporary closures may occur due to inclement weather.
Be aware of minimum height requirements for some attractions (e.g., Tower of Power: 1.25m).
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The night ticket grants access to all major attractions excluding specific areas such as children's zones, Sawasdee, The Lost City, Bodhi Trail, and Cocobeach.
If you have both day and night tickets, they can be used on the same day or separately within a 15-day period. You'll receive a QR code for your second visit upon your initial entry. For same-day re-entry, exit by 6pm and return after 8pm.
Patience is key as there may be a significant wait time before commencing your experience.
