Upon presenting your tickets, you can enter Lotte World directly. Please note that while reservations for specific time slots are not guaranteed, you may need to queue for the elevator.
During Korean public holidays or special events, queues may be longer. Should physical tickets not be issued on-site, please reach out to us for ticket adjustments or a full refund.

Due to varying visitor numbers, the Sky Deck, Sky Terrace, and Photo Zone operations may be adjusted without advance notice for safety purposes.
The Sky Terrace may be closed under the following conditions:
Inclement weather warnings such as heavy rain, strong winds, or yellow/fine dust.
Heavy rainfall exceeding 5mm per hour.
Significant temperature differences of 20°C or more between indoor and outdoor areas.
Your ticket voucher will be sent to your email shortly.
Show the voucher on your phone along with a valid photo ID at the ticket redemption location.
