The stadium and museum offer wheelchair accessibility; however, please be aware that the last floor of the stadium is not elevator-accessible and may not be suitable for wheelchair users.
Prepare for multiple flights of stairs along the tour route.
Certified guide dogs are permitted at the stadium and museum upon presentation of official documentation.
Kindly note that visits to the locker rooms and benches are temporarily closed due to ongoing renovation work at the stadium.
The tour itinerary may be altered due to renovations or stadium events. Any changes will be communicated at the entrance, ticket counter, or on the official Real Madrid website.
Children under 5 years old can enter for free but must be accompanied by an adult.
