Kindly refrain from bringing outside food or beverages, beach balls, flying discs, large inflatable items, umbrellas that stake into the ground, or personal chairs inside the park.

Please note that re-entry is not allowed, and certain clothing items like wetsuits, cut-off jeans, denim, regular t-shirts, and shoes are restricted on certain slides.

Avoid wearing swimwear with offensive language or images, visible undergarments, and jewelry like metal bracelets or chains on the slides.

For safety reasons, refrain from bringing items such as metal jewelry on the slides.

Life jackets, tubes, and mats are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis for your convenience.

Restrooms are equipped with diaper change tables, and while personal swimming aids are allowed in pools, they are not permitted on adult slides.

Plenty of seating options are provided on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the park for your comfort.

Ramayana Water Park operates daily from 11 am to 6 pm, with the exception of Wednesdays.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while in the park.

The park offers a specialized children's menu at the Kids restaurant and high-chairs can be found at The Lake restaurant.

If you happen to forget your bathing suit, sunglasses, or sunscreen, worry not as you can purchase them at The Retail Shop, which accepts various payment methods. Towel rentals are also available at the changing and locker area entrance.

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas as indicated on the park map, while smoking drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited.

In case of separation from your group, establish a meeting time and place near the entrance between the locker area and The Shop.

If a child gets lost, our staff will escort them to the Aqua Splash area until 5:30 pm and then to the general meeting area near the entrance.
