Redeem your travel card at any Tourist Information Office from 8:30am to 7:40pm after purchase.
If you're arriving by air, claim your card at the airport metro station for a smooth transition to the city center.
Simply swipe your card to navigate Barcelona's public transportation system. The card activates upon first use.
Validity: Your pass remains valid for 90 days post-purchase until activated. Once used, it is valid for the selected number of 24-hour periods. For instance, if you start a 48-hour pass at 3pm on a Monday, it's valid until 3pm on Wednesday.
Remember, the pass is non-transferable.
Kids aged 4 and under ride at no cost.
Your Barcelona All Inclusive Card: Museums & Transportation e-ticket will be sent to your email shortly.
Remember to present a printed copy of the e-ticket along with a valid photo ID at the Tourist Information Office to receive your physical tickets.
