Important Details:

Departure Times:

• Sunday Sailings: typically run from 6 PM to 8:30 PM.

• Monday & Tuesday Cruises: usually depart between 7 PM and 9:30 PM.

• Midweek Cruises (Wednesday & Thursday): set sail from 7 PM to 10 PM.

• Friday Evening Cruise: from 8 PM to 11 PM.

• Weekend Cruises (Saturday): departing from 8 PM to 11 PM.

• The total cruise experience lasts around 3 hours.

Essential Information:

• Boarding: usually begins around 45 minutes before departure. Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time on your voucher.

Attire Recommendations:

• Men are advised to wear collared shirts and smart trousers, while women are recommended to dress in cocktail attire or dresses. Kindly refrain from wearing jeans, shorts, tank tops, halter-tops, sneakers, or flip-flops during the cruise.

• The prices cover taxes, fuel surcharges, and administrative fees. The administrative fee is not a gratuity for the service staff but rather covers specific cruise costs. Similar to banquet staff, onboard service personnel receive a higher wage. If you receive exceptional service or make onboard purchases, leaving a gratuity is customary.

• It's important to note that cruise timings are subject to change. Participants must be at least 21 years old with a valid photo ID to buy alcohol.

After Making a Reservation:

• Upon booking, you will promptly receive a confirmation email. Within 48 hours, we will forward your booking details to the supplier for confirmation. Once your chosen date and ticket are confirmed, we will email you the final confirmation containing the local operator’s contact information and any pertinent details.
