Please refrain from bringing large luggage or backpacks as they are not permitted during activities for safety and weight restrictions.

Unfortunately, pets and service animals cannot accompany you on this adventure.

Keep in mind that zipline activities should not exceed 2 hours in duration.

Kindly note that this experience is not suitable for wheelchairs or prams/strollers due to the rugged jungle terrain.

Participants in zipline activities must not exceed 100 kg in weight, and for the jungle coaster, the weight limit is 150 kg.

Operating hours are from 8:30 am to 5 pm daily, with the final entry at 4 pm.
