Unfortunately, the Dome & Bell Tower are not wheelchair accessible due to the number of steps and lack of elevators.

Be prepared to climb 463 steps to the Dome and 414 steps to Giotto's Bell Tower without elevator options.

Accessibility at Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens:

Wheelchair users may find the slope to the Pitti Palace entrance steep; consider bringing a companion for assistance.

Stairs and lifts are available from the courtyard to reach the Palatine Gallery on the 1st floor. Lifts are conveniently located near the cloakroom.
