Conciergerie
Wheelchair users may face difficulties accessing the site due to steps at the entrance.
To pass through the X-ray detection machines at the entrance, strollers must be compact and foldable.
Sainte-Chapelle
Strollers are not permitted in the upper chapel.
For entry, strollers must be small and collapsible to pass through the X-ray detection machines.
This location is wheelchair accessible for a more inclusive experience.
Visitors are encouraged to explore both attractions on the same day for a comprehensive experience.
Between April 1st and September 30th: Begin your journey with the Conciergerie (last entry at 5:30 pm), followed by the Sainte-Chapelle (last entry at 6:30 pm).
From October 1st to March 31st: Start your visit with Sainte-Chapelle (last entry at 4:30 pm) and then proceed to the Conciergerie (last entry at 5:30 pm).
Conciergerie
Complimentary tickets are provided for individuals with disabilities and one accompanying person.
Special admission days include European Heritage Days on the third weekend of September and every first Sunday of November, January, February, and March.
Kindly note that these tickets cannot be extended and the site is closed on December 25th, January 1st, and May 1st annually.
Sainte-Chapelle
Similar to the Conciergerie, free entry is available on European Heritage Days in September and on the first Sunday of each month from November to March.
All visitors, including those with complimentary entry, must reserve their spot on the Sainte-Chapelle website to avoid entry denial. While gratuities are not mandatory, they are greatly appreciated.
Each reservation allows for a 30-minute visit, ensuring access until the allocated time slot expires. Please be mindful that tickets cannot be extended, and the monument is closed on December 25th, January 1st, and May 1st annually.
