- The Friends and Family offer provides a discount of up to €20 per ticket for groups of 4 to 6. Valid from June 16 to October 16, 2025.
- 1-day or 2-day flexible tickets are not accepted on July 14, October 31, and December 31, 2025.
- Names on tickets cannot be altered once booked.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
