Guests must collect their tickets at Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal at least 45 minutes before the designated meeting time. The latest ticket collection time is 11:15 am, with the assembly point at 12:00 pm at the Holidays 360 Information Center in Ngong Ping Village.
The guided tour, available in English, Putonghua, or Cantonese, spans around 3 hours.
In case the cable car service is disrupted due to weather conditions or other factors, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled. Visitors have the option to exchange tickets for an alternative date or request a refund.
If the Tai O boat excursion cannot be conducted, a HK$20 voucher for Ngong Ping 360 Souvenir Shops will be provided as an alternative.
