If you opt for the hot air balloon ride without transportation, be at Aerodiverti Teotihuacan Balloon Port (55850 San Martín de las Pirámides, Méx., México) at either 6am or 7:30am, depending on your reservation time. Punctuality is key to allow for check-in and pre-flight safety protocols.
For the hot air balloon ride with transportation, assemble at Citibanamex, Ángel de la Independencia, Mexico City, at 5am. Here, you'll hop on a shared transfer to reach the balloon port.
Opting for the full experience, which includes a guided tour of Teotihuacán and the Basilica of Guadalupe, means meeting at Citibanamex with transportation arranged for the entire day.
Upon arrival at the balloon port, you'll check in, get assigned to your balloon, attend a safety briefing, learn about the boarding process, and witness the balloons being readied for takeoff. You can also savor a light coffee or tea as you await departure.
