Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited on board the tuk-tuks.

Free entry for EU citizens, residents, EU work permit holders, and Ibero-American country citizens Monday to Thursday from 4pm to 6pm in winter and 5pm to 7pm in summer (proof required).
Access the palace via the Almudena esplanade gate at the corner of Calle de Bailén.
Children aged 0–6 enter free but require a reserved ticket.

2-Hour Welcome Tuk-Tuk Tour

Participants must be at least 2 years old and weigh a minimum of 9 kg.
Each tuk-tuk can accommodate a maximum of 4 individuals (adults or children).
All tours depart and conclude at the same pick-up spot: the underground bus station of Plaza de Oriente close to the Royal Palace.
Note that the tour itinerary may be altered due to street closures or demonstrations.
