• Ensure you have a valid photo ID for the check-in process.

• Wear closed-toe and closed-heel shoes for your safety throughout the tour.

• Dress comfortably in athletic attire like shorts, leggings, or t-shirts; refrain from wearing dresses or skirts.

• Secure long hair in a ponytail or bun to avoid entanglement with the zipline gear.

Prohibited Items

• Avoid wearing loose jewelry or clothing that could potentially snag on the zipline equipment.

Accessibility Guidelines

• Minors aged 17 and below must be accompanied by an adult during the tour.

• Expectant mothers or individuals suspecting pregnancy should refrain from participating.

• Those with recent surgeries, spinal issues, or persistent head, neck, or back discomfort should opt out of the tour.

• Participants with heart conditions, joint problems, or other significant health issues are advised against joining.

• All attendees should be capable of hiking on uneven terrain for 8–10 minutes.

• Prior to departure, all participants must sign a liability waiver.

• The total duration of the tour is approximately 3 hours, inclusive of safety instructions and training.

• Specific requirements for height, weight, and size are necessary for tour participation:

• Weight range: 70 to 280 pounds (32–127 kg).

• Height range: 4’8” to 6’9” (1.4–2.05 m).

• Waist size: 22” to 50” (55–127 cm).

• Upper thigh size: 18” to 28” (45–71 cm).

• All guests will undergo a weight check at check-in, and harnesses must fit securely according to manufacturer standards.

• Participants are required to wear helmets and harnesses with waist, thigh, and shoulder straps.

• Tour duration may be subject to slight variations based on weather conditions.
