To secure a time slot, guests must queue at KL Tower within the maximum capacity limit.
If tickets remain unscanned due to weather, they can be used on another day.
In case of venue closure, contact the venue directly for a refund or extension form.
The Sky Terrace closes during inclement weather.
After scanning the ticket, guests must get a reschedule slip from the KL Tower ticket counter.
Rescheduling is allowed within 7 days of the original visit date.
No cash refunds are available in case of rain.
