Wearing a protective mask is mandatory on all Jungfrau Railways transport and in all public areas at Jungfraujoch.
Seat reservations are currently recommended mainly on weekends.
Wheelchair users can reach Jungfraujoch Top of Europe via Wengernalpbahn or 3S-Bahn Eiger Express from Grindelwald Terminal. Group reservations are required for 3 or more wheelchair users with a maximum of 10 participants per group (up to 3 wheelchairs per group).
Inform the staff at train stations if you need assistance when changing trains at Kleine Scheidegg or Eiger Glacier. Jungfraujoch and Ice Palace are wheelchair accessible.
Be prepared for cold temperatures by wearing warm clothing.
