• Upon arrival, you will see an Information Centre, where a host will confirm the details of your reservation. Please print or download the instructions, map, and directions.

How to Get There

By Car

• You will have to drive 30 kilometers up the Jebel Jais mountain.
• There are many signboards that will indicate the correct route along the way.
• The road is easily accessible by car, making the journey straightforward for most vehicles.
• Drive to the Zipline Parking as indicated on your reservation confirmation.
• Once you arrive at the top of the mountain, follow the signs to the Zipline Parking, as shown on your booking details.
• Upon arrival, you’ll see an information center where you will need to check your reservation details. For convenience, it’s a good idea to print or download the instructions, directions, and map beforehand in case you lose mobile signal.

If you are being transported by an agency, you will arrive at the Welcome Center directly. It is mandatory that you report to the welcome center 30 minutes before your scheduled activity.
