Some rides are restricted for guests shorter than 1.1m.

Inappropriate swimwear includes (but not restricted to): Underwear, cotton clothes, especially long, flowing garments, transparent bathing suits, street clothes, shorts with protruding designs such as rivets or other accessories on the back, long necklaces and chains, swimsuits with metal details such as buttons, zippers, buckles or snaps that could be abrasive to other swimmers and/or water slides, any clothing or accessory deemed potentially damaging to water slides, regular diapers/nappies.

Wearing spectacles (sunglasses, eyeglasses, etc.) while riding any of the rides is not permitted for safety purposes. Lanyards are available to purchase on-site.

For the health and safety of all guests, please do not swim if you or anyone in your family has diarrhea, especially babies and toddlers in diapers.

For hygiene, infants and toddlers must wear swim diapers in the water; regular diapers are not permitted. Swim diapers are available for purchase at our retail outlets. Please use the changing facilities in the men's and women's changing rooms, as diaper changes are not allowed poolside.

The following items are prohibited: outside food and beverages; glass items; intoxication; queue jumping; running and diving; devices that contain exposed needles that do not retract into the device, or with other sharp points or edges.

Some water rides are active, participatory activities and carry a risk of injury. For your safety, do not use these attractions if you are pregnant, have medical restrictions on physical activity, are overweight for your body type, or are under a doctor's care.

This experience is not recommended for guests with underlying medical conditions, respiratory illnesses, or chronic diseases.

Before riding, please assess your own limitations to ensure safe participation, and always be aware of the water depth in all pools.

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Your safety comes first. So, pregnant women, guests with back issues, neck issues, high blood pressure, cardiac issues, children unable to sit upright and walk, and guests who have undergone surgery or were recently unwell are restricted from participating in this experience.

Guests with disabilities need to show a Person of Disability ID card at the Guest Relations counter to receive a POD wristband (a blue bracelet that grants VIP fast-track access to all rides and attractions). In cases of visible disability and no POD ID card, guests can show a normal ID requesting a POD bracelet.

Guests may bring a 1-liter water bottle per person into the park.

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above at all times. Children aged 14 and over can enter the park alone, but cannot be the accompanying guardian for younger children.

For your comfort, the water in Breaker's Bay (wave pool) and Juha's Dhow & Lagoon (children's play structure) is temperature-controlled year-round, staying cool in summer and warm in winter.

Full-body swimsuits and long-sleeved rash vests are acceptable on all rides.

For hygiene, please don't spit in the water and shower before using the slides.

You're welcome to use your GoPro on all rides except Jumeirah Sceirah, provided it has an attached strap.
