Tickets can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the booking date. Rescheduling is available.
For guests with mobility needs, some buses are wheelchair-friendly. These buses have special spaces and footboards for wheelchair users.
Passengers using wheelchairs must secure themselves and their wheelchairs with safety belts while the bus is moving. Wheelchairs should be locked and placed in the designated area.
Only one wheelchair is permitted on each bus at a time for safety reasons.
Small and medium-sized pets are welcome on leashes, with muzzles, and in pet carriers.
Please note that the one-loop bus tour does not offer hop-on hop-off options.
When using a 1-day pass, it is valid for the entire calendar day. The 24-hour pass, on the other hand, is valid for 24 hours from activation. Remember to activate your pass within 5 days of the date shown on your voucher.
Your e-voucher will be sent to you immediately upon booking.
To claim your ticket, simply present the e-voucher either in print or on your mobile device when you hop on the bus. It will then be swapped for your physical ticket.
