Know before you go

Harukas 300 Observatory

• No food and drinks are allowed in the Observatory except on the 58th floor where there is a cafe.

teamLab Botanical Garden

• Keep in mind selfie sticks, tripods, food and alcoholic beverages, large luggage, dangerous items, open drinks, and any other items deemed unsafe by the staff are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!
• Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography is a no-go inside the venue.
• Due to venue restrictions, pets (except guide dogs) cannot tag along for this experience.
• Please do not collect plants or feed animals/ birds.

• Wheelchairs are available on the 16th floor and are subject to availability.

• Wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking as the garden path may be muddy and dark.
• The venue has areas that are dimly lit, have height differences, and may be unstable, so guests should be careful and pay attention to their surroundings and others.
• The exhibition is held outdoors and is not canceled on rainy days.
• Double-check ticket information (type, number, date, and time) before purchasing because e-tickets cannot be refunded.
