Your journey kicks off at the Julia Travels Office at 8 AM; remember to check in 15 minutes early. Plan for a full day, as the tour lasts around 11 hours.

Appropriate Attire:

Proper dress is essential for entry into the Basilica at Montserrat. Avoid tank tops, strapless attire, short shorts, or sandals.
Expect some walking, so dress comfortably and wear suitable shoes for the journey.
Montserrat's weather can be unpredictable due to its mountainous terrain. Be prepared for rain or cold, depending on the season.

Guidelines at the Sanctuary

The Basilica and Tabernacle of Our Lady:

Feel free to take photos inside the Basilica without flash when there are no services taking place.
Refrain from photography at the Throne of Our Lady to maintain a smooth flow and respect for others.
If services are ongoing, avoid entering the Basilica unless you intend to participate. Wait until the services conclude.
The Tabernacle of Our Lady is closed during services to maintain a serene atmosphere for worship.

The Crypt, the Holy Chapel, and the Tabernacle:

These areas are sacred spaces; enter only for prayer and reflection.

Museum Guidelines:

Visitors must respect the museum's rules, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all. Children should be supervised by an adult at all times.
Avoid bringing large bags or backpacks exceeding 40 x 30 cm into the museum.
Non-flash photography is permitted in the museum galleries. However, refrain from taking photos in temporary exhibitions unless stated otherwise. Tripods are not allowed.
