When exploring the mosque, remember that tour guides are not allowed to provide explanations inside. However, they can still accompany your group in silence.
Kindly note that museum cards are not valid for entry.
Ensure your attire is modest, avoiding clothes that reveal shoulders, underarms, back, and knees when visiting historical sites.
As a sign of respect at religious sites, please remove your shoes before entering the mosques.

For visitors with mobility concerns, please be aware that access to the upper gallery is via stairs and may not be suitable.

Audio guides are available at the mosque in various languages. Bring your headphones or purchase them on-site for 100 TRY. Access the audio content by scanning QR codes.
Women are required to wear a headscarf, which can be bought at the mosque's entrance if needed.

Your e-voucher will be sent to you via email immediately upon booking.
Show the e-voucher on your smartphone along with a valid ID when you reach the meeting point.
