If you are a wheelchair user, there are two ways to reach the Jungfraujoch Top of Europe: either via the Wengernalpbahn or the 3S-Bahn Eiger Express from Grindelwald Terminal (through Eigergletscher).
For a group of three or more wheelchair users, advance registration is mandatory. Each group can have a maximum of 10 participants (up to three wheelchairs per group). Seat reservations are not required. Inform the station attendant when changing trains at Kleine Scheidegg or Eiger Glacier.
The Jungfraujoch is wheelchair-friendly, with a wheelchair stairlift at the entrance to the Ice Palace.
Remember to dress warmly as temperatures can be quite low in this area.
