Essential Items to Bring

• Remember to pack your sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, swimwear, towel, and some cash or credit card for any extra purchases you might want to make on the island.
• We recommend wearing sandals or reef shoes since the beach has a lot of old coral.

Prohibited Items and Activities

• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the island due to restrictions.
• For the protection of the environment, please avoid using sunscreens and insect repellents as they can be harmful to the waterways and reefs.
• Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol. Instead, you can purchase drinks at Foxy's bar or the island's general store.
• For safety reasons, the Snorkel Safari is only open to guests aged 6 years and above.

Accessibility Details

• The ferry is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible, but some paths, like the one to Nudey Beach, may be too steep for certain individuals.
• Regrettably, the glass bottom boat tour is not wheelchair accessible.

Additional Instructions

• Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Your picnic lunch includes a fresh wrap, sandwich, seasonal fruit, muesli bar, juice, and water bottle.
• Be aware that there are no surf lifesavers on duty at Fitzroy Island beaches.
• From November to May, marine stingers can be found in the tropical waters. Stinger suits are provided when renting snorkel gear.
• If you have specific dietary needs (such as vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan), please inform the company 24 hours before departure to customize your picnic lunch accordingly.
• A refundable $50 cash deposit is necessary for all snorkel gear rentals, which will be reimbursed upon the gear's complete and undamaged return.
• The Snorkel Safari is recommended for confident swimmers and experienced snorkelers.
• Explore Fitzroy Island National Park's four main walking trails, ranging from 30 minutes to 3 hours, suitable for various fitness levels.
