Begin by picking up your physical Porto.CARD at the designated location (specifics will be provided post booking).
Upon exchanging your digital voucher for the Porto.CARD, it becomes active from your first usage.

Keep in mind that the cards are issued for individual use only and cannot be transferred. In case of loss or theft, refunds or replacements are not provided.

Upon booking confirmation, you will receive information about where to collect your city card and the collection points' addresses.
