Tour schedules are subject to availability of Plaza tickets for guided tours at the Elbphilharmonie. If Plaza tickets are unavailable, an alternative date will be arranged promptly. In rare circumstances, the guide may provide information about the Elbphilharmonie from outside.
Visitors can still visit the Plaza for free after the official tour if the tour is conducted from outside the building.
On rare occasions, the Elbphilharmonie may restrict Plaza access, primarily for security reasons. In such instances, a partial refund will be issued.
Please note that the Störtebeker beer tour is only available for participants aged 18 and above.
