Tickets can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the booking date. However, rescheduling is available.

The tour operates year-round, excluding December 24 and 25, January 1, and Easter Day.

Boats are equipped with a covered area for passenger comfort in varying weather conditions.
For certain tour variations, a return train journey to Pinhão may be necessary (train ticket not included).
