Once you've finished your visit, board the paddle steamer back to Vevey pier. With multiple departure times, you can enjoy the castle without time constraints. On the return journey, pass by Villeneuve, Le Bouveret, and St Gingolph, with panoramic views of the renowned Lavaux vineyards along the shoreline.

• Lunch can be enjoyed onboard at your own cost, but advance reservations are obligatory.
• Swiss citizens entering French territory must carry a valid ID document (ID card or passport). Other nationalities require an ID card or passport with a valid visa if necessary.
• Regrettably, dogs are not allowed on board. Typically, dogs are required to have a second-class half-fare ticket; however, small dogs (under 30 cm in shoulder height) can travel for free if in a basket or similar carrier.
