Adult supervision is required for children at all times within the waterpark premises.
Your e-ticket will be sent to your email immediately upon booking.
Show the e-ticket on your phone along with a valid ID when you arrive for pick-up.
Ensure you reach the pick-up location 15 minutes prior to your tour's start time to prevent any delays.
