Start your adventure at Climb Base, conveniently located near the bridge. Upon arrival, you will receive the necessary outdoor equipment depending on your chosen time slot. For evening climbs, special arrangements will ensure proper lighting for a successful summit.
Once geared up, your exhilarating journey on the Sydney Harbour Bridge begins. The ascent typically lasts about three and a half hours, allowing for frequent stops to soak in the breathtaking views. You can select a climbing time that suits you best, keeping in mind that twilight and dawn slots are limited, so early booking is recommended.
During the climb, your dedicated Climb Leader will narrate the bridge's rich history and its significance since its construction in 1932. Walking along the catwalks from Climb Base to the South-East Pylon, you'll encounter 4 ladders leading to the upper arch.
As you approach the summit, scaling the outer arch to the highest point, you'll be rewarded with panoramic views of Sydney's iconic landmarks. The Opera House, Botanical Gardens, Luna Park, and Observatory are just a few of the sights visible from the top. After celebrating your achievement with fellow climbers, you'll cross over to the other side and begin your descent back to Climb Base.
