Pre-Activation: Valid for 1 year from purchase date.
Each attraction can be visited once during your trip.
Make sure to pick up your Lisbon Card on your selected day of booking. You'll then have a whole year to activate it. Once activated, the card is valid for 24/48/72 hours based on your chosen ticket duration.
Note that national museums and monuments are shut on specific dates: January 1, Easter Sunday, May 1, December 24-25, and during municipal holidays (June 13 in Lisbon and June 29 in Sintra).
Remember to exchange all cards at the same redemption location.
Plan your visits accordingly as museums and national monuments are closed on Mondays.
Prior to using your Lisbon Card, thoroughly review the accompanying guide for a seamless experience.
1. Lisbon Airport: Visit the "Ask Me Lisboa" tourist information office in the arrival's hall from 07:15 AM to 21:30 PM.
2. Terreiro do Paço Tourism Office: Open from 09:00 AM to 18:30 PM.
3. Cod History Interpretive Center, Commerce Square: Operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 18:30 PM.
4. Centro Tejo to South and Southeast River Station, Commerce Square: Available from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 15:00 PM to 17:30 PM.
5. Cais do Sodré Tourism Office: Open from 09:00 AM to 13:00 PM and 14:00 PM to 17:30 PM.
Once activated, your Lisbon Card is valid for 24h, 48h, or 72h, depending on your chosen duration.
Remember to carry your Lisbon Card and present it along with a valid photo ID at each attraction you visit.
