Kindly note that strollers or prams are not permitted on helicopters due to limited space; however, they can be stored on an airplane.

Wheelchairs can be stored on airplanes if space permits, but unfortunately, helicopters cannot accommodate wheelchairs.
Boarding a helicopter involves two steps of 18 inches each, while airplanes may have up to seven steps. If you require assistance, please ensure you have a companion to assist you during boarding and disembarkation.

For added convenience, hotel pick-up services are offered from selected locations on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown, typically starting 80-130 minutes before the flight.
If you are making your own way to the departure point, please arrive at the air terminal at least 45 minutes prior to takeoff.
The total duration of the tour is approximately 7 hours, including around 70 minutes of flight time.
Young passengers under 15 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.
Infants aged 0-1 can travel for free on a parent's lap, while children aged 2 and above require their own seat.
During check-in, you will be asked to provide your weight to assist with seating arrangements.
Passengers weighing over 299lbs (135.91kg / 21.36 stone) will incur an additional fee for a more spacious seat for added comfort.
