What’s not allowed

Burj Khalifa At the Top

No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area at the entrance on the ground floor. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside.
No outside food or beverages are allowed at the Burj.
Baby strollers and shopping bags are not allowed inside the venue. These can be stored in the Luggage Room near the entrance.

Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo

Some exhibits do not allow flash photography due to the health and safety of the animals and will be marked as such.

Dubai Fountain Boardwalk

Children aged 4 and under are not allowed in this experience.

KidZania Dubai

Guests over 18 years old are not permitted in certain areas. There is a parent's lounge for those who prefer to relax while their children participate in the activities.
Children below 120 cm can not be left unaccompanied.

Play DXB

Strict dress code: Shorts are not allowed. Ensure knees, chest, and shoulders are covered.

It is recommended to check the weather forecast beforehand to ensure that your views won't be obstructed.
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The Burj is a must-see on every tourist's Dubai itinerary. This may lead to some delays during peak hours and very busy days. Expect a considerable wait time as you stand in the ticketing queue as well as the elevator queue.
You can enter only at the time slot you choose during checkout. Once inside, you can stay for as long as you like. Typically, tourists spend an average of 40 minutes at the observatory.

Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo

The average time to visit the Aquarium Tunnel is approximately 15 to 30 minutes. Underwater Zoo, located on Level 2, takes about 45 mins – 1.5 hours.
Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Dubai Fountain Boardwalk

Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

KidZania Dubai

This experience is most suitable for kids between 4 and 16 years old.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Play DXB

The pass is valid for 1 person for the same day only. Retail, arcade games, F&B are not included.
You can access each ride only once on Play DXB (Repetition is not allowed).
Digital Gate Card fees for visitors will be 5 AED at Play DXB which is non-negotiable.
Standard age, height, and weight restrictions apply to each attraction and ride.
The minimum height for adults should be over 120 cm and for children should be under 120 cm.
Children must always be accompanied by an adult or a guardian during the tour or attraction visit.
For the soft play area and trampoline, a guardian must accompany guests whose height is between 0.9 m (3 ft) and a maximum of 1.4 m (4.6 ft).
The closest parking for PLAY DXB is at Reel Cinema, level 7.

Height requirements for the Play DXB attractions:

Dubai Drone: Minimum height of 1.1 m (3.6 ft). No maximum height.
Burj Drop: Minimum height of 1.0 m (3.3 ft). Guests 1.0-1.19 m (3.3 to 3.9 ft) can ride with an adult guardian. Guests 1.2 to 1.9 m (3.9 to 6.2 ft) can ride alone.
Speedway: Minimum height of 0.9 m (3 ft). Guests 0.9 to 1.19 m (3 to 3.9 ft) can ride with an adult guardian. Guests 1.2 m (3.9 ft) and above can ride alone.
Paradrop: Minimum height of 1.1 m (3.6 ft).
Sphere: No height restrictions as long as the VR headset fits securely on the guest's head.
Magic Bike: Minimum height of 0.9 m (3 ft). Guests 0.9 to 1.19 m (3 to 3.9 ft) can ride with an adult guardian. Guests 1.2 m (3.9 ft) and above can ride alone.
Play Zone: Minimum height of 0.95 m (3.1 ft). Guests 0.95 to 1.09 m (3.1 to 3.6 ft) require an adult guardian. Guests 1.1 to 1.5 m (3.6 to 4.9 ft) can go alone.
Dune Bash: Minimum height of 1.1 m (3.6 ft).
Flying Chair: Minimum height of 0.95 m (3.1 ft). Maximum height of 1.55 m (5.1 ft).
Stealth: Minimum height of 1.05 m (3.4 ft). Guests 1.05 to 1.19 m (3.4 to 3.9 ft) can ride with an adult guardian. Guests 1.2 m (3.9 ft) and above can ride alone.
Drifter: Minimum height of 1.1 m (3.6 ft). Guests 1.1 to 1.19 m (3.6 to 3.9 ft) can ride with an adult guardian. Guests 1.2 m (3.9 ft) and above can ride alone.
XD Dark Ride: Minimum height of 0.95 m (3.1 ft). No maximum height restriction.
