• Feel free to bring your camera, but avoid using it during muddy activities or while bathing elephants unless it's waterproof.
• The sanctuary provides a complimentary photography service. A professional photographer will take pictures during your visit and upload them to the EJS Chiang Mai Facebook page. Download your labeled images within 90 days as they will be deleted thereafter.
• Children under 10 can join as visitors but cannot take part in the cooking class.
• Children under 7 are not permitted on the jungle walk with elephants program.
