If you're a non-Malaysian purchasing a Malaysian ticket, expect a surcharge: RM20 for Adults and RM16 for Children.
Remember, a surcharge of RM12 (Adult) and RM16 (Child) will be added if you can't provide a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad/MyKid) when collecting Malaysian category tickets at the Level 5 counter.
Kindly note that bringing outside food and drinks inside the premises is not permitted.

This experience may not be suitable for wheelchair users, pram/stroller users, differently-abled individuals, pregnant women, those with limited mobility, individuals with back/neck injuries, and guests with guide dogs.
Malaysian citizens must carry their official Government ID card, such as MyKad or MyKid.
Children under 3 years old and below 90cm in height can enter free of charge.
All children must be supervised by a paying adult throughout the visit.
