The Zoo welcomes guests with disabilities and offers wheelchair rental services for those with reduced mobility.
Visitors with a disability (33% or higher) can purchase discounted tickets at the ticket office, which also grants free entry for a companion.
Don't forget to bring your Official Disabled Person Card (33% or higher) when purchasing tickets.
Guide dogs are permitted within the premises.
Upon booking, you will receive an email confirmation containing your ticket voucher. Remember to print it out and present it upon arrival at the zoo.
If you have purchased discounted tickets, ensure you bring a valid photo ID for verification purposes. Students must also have their student IDs with them.
Exchange your printed voucher for a physical entry ticket at the zoo's entrance.
To access Barcelona Zoo via Parc de la Ciutadella, show your printed ticket at the box office before proceeding to the turnstiles.

There are two entry points: one through Parc de la Ciutadella and the other near Carrer Wellington, close to Passeig de Circumval·lació (ring road).
