• Prior to boarding the helicopter, every passenger must present a valid ID or passport at the check-in counter

• The maximum weight per passenger is 130 kilograms (286.5 lbs). If you exceed this limit, boarding will not be permitted. For weights over 110 kilograms (242.5 lbs), payment for two seats will be required at the heliport

• Weather conditions may lead to the experience being canceled

• A minimum number of participants is necessary for the tour to proceed. If this requirement is not met, customers will have the option of rescheduling, selecting a similar or superior tour, or receiving a full refund
